From the inception of the hotel business in the Flathead Valley, the Kalispell Hotel has been known for hospitality and the finer amenities.
"nice location in downtown Kalispell within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Super great and friendly staff who were always willing to help and offer suggestions. Close to Glacier National Park and ski/summer resort town of Whitefish also."
"This is a beautiful historic hotel. The rooms are cozy and clean. The service is excellent and it's in a prime location. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and short drive to Whitefish Mountain Resort and Glacier National Park."
"We wanted to stay in Kalispell and when on the bike we don't make reservations. My wife liked the look of this hotel and the location was great. It was a Friday night and we got in around 4 in the afternoon. The front desk was very helpful and recommended a place for dinner within walking distance. There is even a Taphouse across the parking lot out back. The room was very nice and the bed was great. We would definitely stay here again."
"This is a fine old hotel that opened in 1912. The outside looks bland, like nothing special (probably true for most historic Old West hotels in downtown) but the inside is lovingly restored with lots of antiques and polished wood. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, both while I was there and beforehand on the phone (resolving a few complications with my reservation). There is an elevator, unlike some historic hotels. The room was small (again, that's just how old hotels are) but very nice, very clean, with a modern bathroom. Parking is free in a lot that's very close by. There was a continental breakfast with everything wrapped up individually, including slices of quiche and yummy pastries."
Kalispell and the Flathead Valley feature some of the most scenic and exciting destinations in America.
